Machines that remember who took what and where it is
Two families of equipment and the software for them. Vending issues tools, protective equipment and materials with a name on every withdrawal. Automated storage brings the shelf to the window at hand height. SmartBox and SmartStock run both, SmartSync moves the machines’ local databases to the cloud, and SmartConf keeps an eye on the controllers.
Vertical lift module
The tray comes to you. Always at hand height.
Imagine a warehouse where nobody walks to fetch goods. You enter an item number or scan a code, and somewhere inside the enclosed column a lift pulls out the right tray and brings it to the window, exactly at worktop height. No ladder, no trolley, no searching the aisles.
The column rises right up to the ceiling, so what takes up half the hall today fits into a few square metres. Every withdrawal is assigned to a person, and you see the stock level in the same ERP or WMS you use now.

Vertical carousel
The shelves rotate vertically. You stay put.
A carousel, only stood on end and enclosed in a cabinet. You select an item, the shelves move by the shortest route and stop in front of the window. In an office, that means thousands of binders in the space of one room. On the shop floor, it means tyres, cables, reels and tools that no longer have to stand in rows.
Documents and parts are enclosed in the housing; only people with a code or badge have access. An archive that takes up a whole floor today comes back to one square metre by the desk.
