AI

AI where understanding is needed

Agents that read documents and enter them into the system. An assistant that knows your procedures. Models that spot an anomaly before a human does.

A desk with a phone; monitors with data spreadsheets in the background.
What we build

Eight use cases, two groups

The first four put documents and data in order; the other four work alongside people in your systems. We start each one with a pilot on a single process, not with a presentation.

Document processing

An agent reads invoices, orders, contracts and emails and enters the data into your CRM, ERP or app. Uncertain fields are decided by a person, not guessed by the model.

Order intake

An order from an email, a PDF or a form turns into lines in the system: customer, item codes, quantities, due date. The salesperson approves instead of retyping.

Parsing data into a format

Unstructured text, a table from an email or an export from another system comes out in the format you need — CSV, JSON, XML or database fields — always in the same layout.

Live data

A stream of data from machines, sensors and systems, analysed in real time. Deviations and anomalies are spotted before a human sees them.

AI automations

The agent runs a repetitive process from start to finish: it checks, fills in, sends, reports. Where a rule alone is not enough, because every case looks a little different.

Personal assistant

It knows your procedures, instructions and documents. It answers employees’ questions, prepares drafts and summaries — instead of the manager, for the hundredth time.

AI in your applications

AI built into the system you already use: “summarise”, “extract the data”, “suggest a reply”. Via API, without changing tools and without switching to a new program.

Your own LLM

A language model running on your infrastructure or in an isolated environment, working on your documents. Data does not leave the company.

Use cases

What AI does for our clients

Document agents

They read incoming documents and enter the data into the system. Retyping disappears.

OCR / IDP

Reading scans, photos and PDFs — including those with different layouts.

Knowledge assistant

It knows your procedures, instructions and documents. It answers employees’ questions — instead of the manager, for the hundredth time.

Prediction

Models that spot an anomaly before a human does — wear, failures, deviations.

Computer vision

A camera instead of an eye where the eye gets tired — inspection, counting, deviations.

Your data stays yours

Documentation, access and data are yours. Standard technologies, no closed formats.

How it works

From document to data in the system

A document arrivesA scan, a photo from a phone, a PDF from an email. No manual retyping into the system.
The agent readsOCR/IDP extracts what is needed — number, amounts, line items, dates — even from documents with different layouts.
Data goes into the systemInto the ERP, WMS or your app — via API, not via a keyboard.
A human decidesThey see what has been entered and resolve whatever is uncertain. The work nobody wanted to do disappears — the people stay.
Concerns we hear

Before you say “AI is not for us”

Concern

  • AI makes things up
  • Our data will end up outside the company
  • AI will replace people
  • A nice pilot that leads nowhere

How we do it

  • The agent works on your documents and procedures, not on guesswork — and a human resolves the exceptions
  • Documentation, access and data are yours; standard technologies, no closed formats
  • AI takes over retyping, searching and stitching reports together — people do what they were hired to do
  • A pilot on one process: something that works, and hard data to decide on the rest
How we work

Starting with a pilot, not a presentation

Audit — 2–3 weeksWhich documents, how many, where the process gets stuck today. A decision document, with no commitment.
Pilot — 2–6 weeksOne document type or one procedure. Implemented all the way, measured before and after.
Rollout — 1–6 monthsMore documents, departments, locations. In stages.
Support and development — ongoingModels and systems change. We monitor quality, improve and add more.
Questions

Before you ask

Won’t AI put our people out of work?

For our clients, AI takes over the work nobody wants to do — retyping, searching, stitching reports together. People stay; they just do what they were hired to do.

Will we be dependent on you?

No. The documentation, access and data are yours. Standard technologies, no closed formats. Keeping maintenance with us should be a choice, not a necessity.

Our data is a mess — surely it is too early for AI?

Quite the opposite. Putting data in order is our first layer of work, not a precondition. AI comes in once it has something to work with.

How much does it cost?

The audit has a fixed price; the pilot depends on the scope. After the audit you know the price range to the last zloty — before any decision on a rollout.

Let’s start with one document type

The one whose retyping hurts the most. The pilot ends with a working process and before-and-after figures.
